Day 2: Rm 526 out of order (AC), no expected return date given yesterday.
When does 526 come back online?
Illustrative placeholder. The mechanism is real: any unanswered question re-lists here daily with its age.
Day 3: Deposit confirmation for Tue 08/04 never answered.
Was the 08/04 deposit made, and did it match PMS cash?
Illustrative placeholder.

Refund $896.07 to MCWHIRT, HATTIE (conf 80284089) plus late-cancel room-revenue rebate -$765.87 posted by Jose Miguel. Both exceed the single-item review threshold.
1. What happened, who authorized each, and is the cancellation-correction documentation attached in the PMS?
Reason code: billing error / guest complaint / OTA discrepancy / walk / manager discretion + one line.
Late-departure correction -$170.98 rm 233 (FOSTER, posted by Daniel Medrano) and refund $133.36 rm 236 (CONLEY, "charged to wrong folio").
2. Confirm both reasons are logged in the folio notes.
No-show: UNDERWOOD, CHRISTON (conf 53886997, $40 team rate) closed with a $46.80 folio balance.
3. Was the no-show charged per policy, yes or no? If waived, why?
Discount-rate eligibility, first occurrence: 7 rooms at $21.28 (L-SRR), 3 team-member rooms at $40.00, 2 friends-and-family at $67.50 (L-F4F) on 08/07.
4. Confirm eligibility is on file for each. Once confirmed, these codes are whitelisted and only reappear if volume shifts.
One-time question, not a nightly listing. This is the core difference from the current 140-row format.
Out of order: rms 223 and 526, both AC / preventative maintenance, closed overnight.
5. Expected return-to-service date for each?
Any room OOO past 3 days (threshold TBD, your call) auto-escalates to the top of this email.
Data quality: folio-level balance detail unavailable since the 08/03 Hilton template change (per Zab's brief). In-house guest ledger closed at $55,288.18; spot-check large folios directly in OnQ/PEP until the feed is repaired. When folio detail is available, a Credit Exposure section lists any folio near its card-authorization limit (see the Cowboy example in Part 2).
Labor, last night + MTDsample
| Item | Value | Flag |
| Hours worked vs scheduled (Fri) | 62.5 / 58.0 | +4.5 hrs over schedule, explain below |
| Overtime | 3.2 hrs | 1 employee, was it scheduled? |
| Unapproved timecards | 4 | Approve by 12:00 CT; missed punches need real in/out + reason |
| MTD labor cost / occupied room | $21.40 | vs target, trend in RPP |
Placeholder values. The live section already exists in scripts/daily-ops-email.mjs pulling Homebase timecards (OT by name, unapproved-card count, missing-wage flags). Zab's brief has no labor at all.
AP queue, read-onlysample
| Item | Count | Note |
| Invoices awaiting your approval | 3 | Oldest 4 days. What's the holdup on that one? |
| New-vendor hold | 1 | First invoice from a new vendor, needs your review in RPP |
| Over-threshold, to ownership after you | 1 | Clears to ownership stage once you approve |
Placeholder counts. Live data comes from the RPP AP lifecycle board (ap_invoices stage projection, migrations 315-450). Strictly informational: no approve/reject links in email, decisions happen inside RevParPro per the 2026-08-04 AP email rule. Recipients come from email_distributions, never from AP role assignments.
Quick confirms, no data feed, GM self-report
A. Deposit made for 08/07? Cash over/short by drawer?
B. Any new chargebacks or card disputes received?
C. Any guest incidents, injuries, or security events overnight?
What this email did NOT bother you withfrom Zab 08/07
8 rate rows within ~$15 of BAR on standard codes: visible in RPP, not here
1 parsing artifact (a -$765.87 adjustment listed as a room rate in the old format): dropped
Net adjustments +$40.90: shown once as context, detail already covered by questions 1-2
